Deep Audit

Every page. Every problem. With the proof attached.

The paid, full-site audit for decisions that cost real money: every page crawled and measured, an evidence archive you keep, and a remediation plan you can hand to any developer — including ours, but that part is optional.

For decisions that should not rest on a guess.

Most businesses should start with the free audit. The Deep Audit exists for the moments when a summary is not enough.

The decision is expensive

You are about to spend real money on a rebuild, a redesign, or a marketing push — and the plan should rest on evidence, not opinion.

Someone else needs proof

A partner, a board, a lender, or a new marketing hire needs the full documented picture, not a summary.

You inherited a site

A previous developer left, and nobody knows what is actually on the domain, what is broken, or what is exposed.

The free audit found smoke

The scorecard flagged real problems on the key pages — now you need to know how deep they run across the whole site.

Six layers, one archive.

The same six dimensions as the free scorecard — leads, follow-up, SEO, speed, mobile, security — but measured on every page, verified by a person, and archived as evidence.

01

Every page crawled

Not just the homepage and money pages — the full site, captured on desktop, tablet, and phone at real device sizes.

02

Leads & conversion, page by page

Where visitors drop, which pages answer buyer questions, where the path to contact breaks, and what happens after the form.

03

SEO & content map

Titles, structure, internal links, and coverage mapped against what your buyers actually search — with the gaps named.

04

Speed & mobile on real hardware

Core Web Vitals and load behavior measured per page, because averages hide the pages that lose leads.

05

Security posture

HTTPS, headers, exposed files, and vulnerable libraries — the same graded checks as our security assessment, in scope.

06

The evidence archive

Screenshots, page sources, headers, and measurements — archived and yours to keep, so answers never depend on re-scanning.

Fixed quote. Full crawl. Human verdict.

The engine does the capture; a person does the judgment. You get both.

01

Scope the site

We confirm the domains and pages in scope and a fixed quote before anything runs. No hourly meter.

02

The full crawl runs

Our audit engine captures every page across three device profiles and archives the evidence as it goes.

03

A person does the analysis

The findings are read, verified, and ranked by a human — by what each problem costs the business, not by scanner severity.

04

You get the plan — and a walkthrough

A written remediation plan ordered by impact and effort, plus a call to walk through it. Then you decide what to do with it.

The audit is the product, not the pitch.

You are paying for an answer you can act on with anyone — that is the deal.

The plan is yours

The report and remediation plan are written so any competent developer can execute them. Hiring us afterward is optional, and we say so in the report.

The evidence is yours

The full archive — screenshots, sources, measurements — is delivered with the report. Answers to “why?” are in the file, not locked in our tooling.

The verdict is honest

If the right answer is “fix five things and do not rebuild,” that is what the plan says. The audit is the product, not a sales pitch.

Deep Audit questions

Most questions are about how it differs from the free audit, and whether you are obligated to hire us after.

How is this different from the free audit?
The free audit grades your key pages and gives you a scorecard and fix order — it answers “do I have a problem?” The Deep Audit crawls every page, measures each one, archives the evidence, and delivers a written remediation plan with a walkthrough — it answers “exactly what is wrong, where, and in what order do I fix it?” Most businesses should start free.
How much does it cost?
It is a fixed quote, set after a short scoping call, based on the size of the site. You know the price before anything runs — no hourly meter, no surprise line items.
Do I have to hire you to do the fixes?
No. The remediation plan is written so any competent developer can execute it, and the evidence archive is delivered with it. If you want us to do the work, the audit cost is credited toward the build.
What exactly is the evidence archive?
Every page captured as screenshots on desktop, tablet, and phone, plus page sources, response headers, and performance measurements — archived at audit time and delivered to you. When someone asks “why does the plan say that?”, the proof is in the file.
Does it work on WordPress, Squarespace, or any platform?
Yes. The audit examines the site the way visitors and search engines do, so the platform does not matter — WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Shopify, custom code, or something a previous developer left behind.
How long does it take?
Typically one to two weeks from kickoff to walkthrough, depending on the size of the site. The crawl is fast; the human analysis is what takes the time — and it is the part that makes the plan worth acting on.
