How much does the Care Plan cost?
Three plans: Essential at $250/month, Standard at $500/month, and Priority at $1,000/month. Hosting, monitoring, backups, and security are in every plan; the difference is hands-on time, response speed, and — on Priority — Managed SEO. Month to month, no lock-in.
What is in every plan, regardless of tier?
Managed hosting, 25 GB of storage, versioned backups, uptime and security monitoring, dependency and security updates, a monthly update-hours allowance, and a monthly health report.
What counts as an update?
Content edits, new sections on existing pages, image swaps, form tweaks, and small fixes — anything that fits inside your plan’s monthly hours. A new set of pages, a redesign, or a new feature is scoped honestly as its own project, never absorbed quietly into the plan.
Do I pay you extra for email, SMS, or AI?
No. Email sending, SMS, AI, payments (Stripe), and your domain run on your own accounts. We connect to them and you pay the vendor directly, at cost, with no markup — and you keep every account if we ever part ways.
What if I need more storage?
Every plan includes 25 GB, which covers a normal small-business site, its media, and a year of backups. Past that, storage is +$15/month per additional 25 GB. It is the only thing on the plan that meters.
Which plan includes SEO?
Priority. It includes Managed SEO — monthly keyword and market research, content built to win the searches your buyers make, and technical SEO fixes — run on our own research engine and reported in the same monthly rhythm as the rest of the plan. Essential and Standard keep the site healthy; Priority also grows it.
Can you take over a site you did not build?
Usually, yes. We review the existing site and hosting, move it onto managed hosting where it makes sense, and start monitoring, backing up, and maintaining it — without a full rebuild.
